Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WPressNinja's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Provided

WPressNinja provides web development, WordPress development, Laravel development, SEO services, and digital marketing services. All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing maintenance agreements as outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Generally:

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins on new projects
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  • For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged
  • Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in service agreements

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on the scope of work outlined. Actual completion times may vary based on:

  • Timely provision of required materials and content from the client
  • Scope changes or additional feature requests
  • Third-party dependencies (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.)
  • Unforeseen technical challenges

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying all necessary content, images, and materials
  • Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
  • Maintaining backups of their website and data
  • Keeping hosting and domain accounts current and accessible

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. However:

  • Third-party plugins, themes, and libraries remain property of their respective owners
  • WPressNinja retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials
  • Reusable code components and frameworks may be used in future projects

Revisions and Changes

Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major scope changes will require a new proposal and agreement.

Warranties and Guarantees

WPressNinja guarantees:

  • All work will be performed professionally and to industry standards
  • Websites will be tested across major browsers and devices
  • Bug fixes for issues arising from our code within 30 days of project completion
  • However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates

Limitation of Liability

WPressNinja's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
  • WPressNinja will provide all completed work and files upon receipt of final payment
  • Ongoing maintenance agreements may be terminated with 30 days notice

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, and sensitive data.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.

Changes to Terms

WPressNinja reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
